'Find a Fish Dish' with Jamie's Italian

The Prize
- The winning recipe on the specials menu at Jamie's Italian, Cardiff City Centre
- Recipe demonstrated by the fishmongers, from the National Federation of Fishmongers, at Cardiff Harbour Festival
- Dinner for two in Jamie's Italian and a copy of Jamie Oliver's latest book
How to Enter
To win this exclusive prize, just send us your original fish recipe with instructions on how to cook it by August 21 to events@cardiff.gov.uk, or Cardiff Harbour Authority, Queen Alexandra House, Cargo Road, Cardiff, CF10 4LY.Rules/Terms & Conditions
- The recipe needs to have an Italian flavour, in line with their existing menu.
- It cannot involve salmon, prawns, cod, haddock and tuna – to support Jamie Oliver’s crusade against the oceans’ endangered species. However, as an alternative why not use Pollack and Coley they both have a similar flavour and texture to Cod. Or maybe try something with Mackerel or Mussels… there are ‘plenty more fish in sea’ for you to try!
- State the number of portions that can be made from your recipe.
- List your chosen accompaniments, if any, to your fish dish i.e. pasta, vegetables.
- The recipe must be your creation, or a ‘family recipe’ whereby you have gained consent for the recipe to be entered into the competition.
- By entering you are stating that the recipe is your own and has not been previously published.
- Cardiff Harbour Authority and Jamie’s Italian reserves the right to publish the winning entry (including print and online) for publicity and news purposes.
- A panel of judges, including a Chef from Jamie’s Italian and a representative of the Federation of Fishmongers will choose the winning entry.
- The overnight stay, in Future Inns Hotel, is for a double or twin room and subject to availability.
- Age 16+
- Maximum of 2 recipes per person.
- No cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable.
