elvis world cup

Sequins, jumpsuits and quiffs descend on Cardiff as the first ever Elvis Tribute Artist World Cup takes place at St David's Hall. Twelve Champions from around the globe will compete for the coveted crown. Every Tribute Artist will perform with Europe's leading Elvis backing band, Red Alert and will be hosted by towns across Wales. 2010 would be Elvis’ 75th birthday so what better way to celebrate the life and legacy of ‘the King’.

St David’s Hall, stage to so many of the world’s finest performers and musicians will not have seen anything quite like this; as the world champion of Elvis impersonators is announced on America’s Independence Day, here in the Welsh Capital.

Tickets range from £19 - £35 with a special VIP ticket available, complete with access to the best seats in the house and post show party for £95.

Two preliminary heats will be held on a free public stage in the Hayes, lunchtime on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 July.
